How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship worldwide from our distribution centers. Standard international shipping typically takes 10-21 business days, depending on your local customs processing times.
Are your patches woven or embroidered?
We specialize in high-definition woven patches to ensure the most intricate detail for band logos and artwork, though we occasionally release limited edition embroidered and printed back patches.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the patches have not been sewn onto garments, washed, or damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Most of our releases are limited edition 'one-and-done' runs to maintain collectibility. Once a design is marked as sold out, it is unlikely to be restocked in the same colorway.
How should I apply my patches to my battle jacket?
While some of our smaller patches have a heat-seal backing, we strongly recommend hand-sewing or using a sewing machine for a secure hold, especially on heavy denim or leather vests.
